Task description:
- Welcome customers
- Carry out the initial meeting with the client, obtain the necessary information to meet their needs and budget.
- Inform the customer about the available products and advise him in the choice of the lighting style.
- Follow up with the client.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
Required Skills:
- Design training or equivalent.
- Ability to work under pressure and work on several files at the same time.
- Available saturday
- Ease of communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Spoken and written language: French and English
