Return & exchange
Credit charges will be retained (2.9% + $ 0.30) for all canceled transactions.
All returns or exchanges are subject to an approval process. Return costs of 40% of the amount before taxes are applicable. The customer must contact us for all return merchandise requests. The items and their packaging must be complete and unaltered (in original condition). The lights must not have been installed. The customer must pay the transport costs for any return of merchandise to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned fixtures, an inspection will be carried out, once it has been approved as original. Homier Luminaire will issue a refund for returned items at the original price paid. All shipping charges, including those incurred for returns, are non-refundable.
Homier Luminaire reserves the right to use the shipping service of its choice, depending on the weight and volume of the packages. For any purchase of $ 150.00 or more, we offer free delivery in Quebec exclusively. Some exceptions may apply. Most orders are shipped directly from the product manufacturer, some orders are shipped by Homier Luminaire depending on product availability. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not present during the delivery, a notice will be sent to you, see the conditions of the carrier. If we need to return the package to you, you will have to pay the cost of returning the package to our warehouse as well as reshipping the order to your address. If there is an error on your part in the address, postal code, apartment, office etc., the same return and reshipment costs will apply. Delivery to a PO Box is not accepted.
The standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the quantity, item or origin of the product ordered. Delivery times are estimates only. Note that some manufacturers reserve the right to modify or revise a deadline, even following a deadline provided and initially confirmed, it is therefore to be expected that the deadline may be brought forward and even in the opposite case exceeded the estimate. We will email you this revised deadline at a later date. Homier Luminaire does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the site. A tracking number will be provided to you, by email, following the shipment of the merchandise. This then tells you where the delivery status of your order is.
Homier Luminaire does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the site. In the event of an inventory shortage, the deadline may then exceed the standard deadlines mentioned above. In this case, you can cancel your order by contacting us by phone or email. We are not at any time responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to out of stock.
Defective or damaged product
Following receipt of your merchandise, you have 14 days to contact us to report a damaged or defective product. A defective or damaged product is no exception to our return policy. Homier Luminaire will at no time be responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to a defective or damaged item. The suppliers and / or Homier Luminaire reserve the right to change the defective part: Following your call for service, the replacement part will be sent to you free of charge. Non-repairable product: Following your service call, we will exchange your product once the receipt and inspection of your defective item at our warehouse. The warranty may vary depending on the manufacturer, from one year to 5 years. The manufacturer's warranty always applies to the products. If the product is defective or damaged, we will send you the parts or a replacement for the same model only.
Acceptance of an order
Receipt by email of the confirmation of an order does not automatically mean that we accept the order and is not a confirmation of commitment to sell the products mentioned. Homier Luminaire reserves the right, without further notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and / or to set a quantity limit for any item in an order. At all times, it may be necessary for Homier Luminaire to verify personal or credit card information before accepting any order.
